My Gym makes fitness fun and exciting for kids ages 6 months through 11 years. Its structured, age-appropriate weekly classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports skills and karate, too. Programs include parent participation classes for children 3 months-3½ years and independent classes for children 3¼-11 years.
