Now in its ninth year, Kids at Art is the premiere Art Studio for Children in New York City! Kids at Art focuses on the basics of visual arts, with age-appropriate projects for each group from 2 to 11 years of age— painting, drawing, sculpture, mosaics and much more. Classes are limited in size so that each child receives individual attention. Birthday Parties are also available, and Kids at Art’s are the most creative in format and fun! At Kids at Art the process is just as important as the finished project! With the purchase of a Club Membership, children may attend any 12 age-appropriate classes for a five-month period. Club Cards may be used for more than one child, which means kids can have a Kids at Art Play Date! New this year: Let’s Do Lunch and Art, a special new class every Wednesday and Friday from 12:30-1:45pm for children ages 3½-5 years. Kids at Art provides the pizza, and your child gets lunch and an art class! In the Saturday Workshops, Kids at Art has a special half-day workshop one Saturday each month, just like the pre-camp and holiday workshops. During these periods, Kids at Art focuses on more involved projects such as mask making, puppet making, paper mache and plaster (See schedule for times and prices). Kids at Art is also available for private art class for 5-10 children. One time or once a week!
