Anne Marie Norberto-Tulchin, a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializes in children with special needs and their families. She offers guidance, counseling and interventions to help you understand your child. Norberto-Tulchin has extensive training and experience in helping families with their special needs child.
