Today’s Learning Center is dedicated to providing children in pre-school through 6th grade with a quality learning experience based on the philosophy that all students are exceptional and entitled to a special education. This school firmly believes in the importance of developing the “whole child” in a worthwhile and challenging environment where they can maximize their full potential and learn to interact successfully, productively and happily with society. The school’s stimulating curriculum is designed to reflect the needs and interests of each individual, as well as societal trends and concerns. Students are introduced to a full academic program that includes music, art, physical education, computer instruction and foreign language. In addition to their daily academic lessons, regular field trips are scheduled to further enrich each child’s educational advancement. All classes are instructed by patient and caring New Jersey State certified teachers that attend school and/or in-service programs to broaden their own horizons and further increase their knowledge in the areas of their specialties and current trends. A low student/teacher ratio, surpassing state requirements, is constantly maintained to insure the perfect amount of individual attention for each student.
