Family owned and operated for 34 years, Ann and Andy Child Care provides children ages 2 months to 12 years with educational and stimulating programs the whole year through. Infant through preschool care runs on a full- or part-time schedule. The school also offers afterschool, vacation and summer programs on a seasonal basis for all children. The beautifully wooded, five-acre campus maintains the homelike feel that the staff and age-appropriate programs inspire. Academic thematic activities for preschoolers teach readiness and self-help skills that prove valuable as preparation for kindergarten. Small class sizes and computers make every classroom a wonderful place to learn and grow, though preschoolers also have access to a language-based center and literacy program. Specialized classes include music, creative movement, gymnastics and computers. From pumpkin picking to visiting libraries and the post office, pre-kindergartners take educational trips during the year, and older kids enjoy more advanced field trips— from bowling and swimming to golf and sleep overs.
