Harmony Yoga & Dance uses a special method of integrating mind and body artistically. They offer a yoga class for 2-month-olds to teens. Children build their bodies and balance their minds. They learn to respect themselves, others, nature and creatures. They also learn to manage stress and enhance self-esteem. The classes are kept small to establish a family-like atmosphere that is safe and warm. Babies, children and their parents naturally learn positive communication and bonding through this yoga program. In their special Mom/Dad & Children Yoga classes, all family members can deepen their connection with each other through the fun of yoga! Harmony Yoga also offers Pregnancy Yoga and Mom & Baby Yoga where you can bond with your baby. Women and mothers can connect with each other by joining their Women’s Empowerment Group.
