Dr. Jeffrey J. Felixbrod has been a distinguished behavioral psychologist for more than thirty years. He has received numerous accolades for his professional work in the treatment of behavioral problems in children and adults. Dr. Felixbrod has been a member of the American Psychological Association, the New York Academy of Sciences and the Association for Advancement of Behavior Therapy. At the Child Development Clinic of Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center (1973-1976), Dr. Felixbrod worked on the application of behavior modification procedures to the treatment of attention deficit disorder. At St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Westchester, he directed behavior therapy treatment programs for a wide range of children’s problems, including oppositional defiant disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, anxiety, depression, obesity and bedwetting.
