The new summer program for children, instituted in summer 2001 at the Morris County Art Association, was an overwhelming success and will be repeated in 2006. Beginning July 10, the program will run for six weeks, Monday through Thursday, with a different class each week. Age appropriate classes are scheduled late morning with 1/2 hour for lunch followed by a second class. Classes run from 1½ to 3 hours depending on the subject matter. Art materials are supplied and class cost varies. This program is for ages 4½ to 16. All media fine art classes are held in Boonton and Morristown. And to make sure that your kids don’t have all the fun, the MCAA provides a variety of adult classes in Boonton and Morristown for beginners to advanced that are also appropriate for the serious teenage artist.
