The
first six years of a child’s life are crucial in forming
the foundation for all later development. At The Magic Garden
School, they give each child the encouragement, structure, and
choices they need to learn and grow in a healthy and safe environment.
Caregiving and teaching are inseparable and happen every day,
with every interaction. Their goal, since the late 1970s, has
been to help children thrive through positive reinforcement
in a loving environment. The program is structured to teach
children problem solving, cooperation, and respect for others.
They work in conjunction with the local elementary school, The
Duffy School, to prepare children for Kindergarten prescreening.
Within the 5,000 square foot building, they are able to offer
spacious and bright classrooms, segregated by age group. Weather
permitting, children can take advantage of the modern playground
located on 1/3 acre in their fenced-in backyard. Director, Danielle
Hatch, can observe the school and ensure safety for all students
through a state-of-the-art surveillance system. Parents can
rest assured that the entire staff has been First-Aid and CPR
certified. Families can also take advantage of a full, on-site
kitchen where your children receive hot, healthy lunches 5 days
a week. Please contact The Magic Garden School direct for more
