The NYU Fertility Center offers comprehensive evaluation and care for all stages of infertility and family planning, managing over 1,500 IVF cycles per year with active PGD, egg-freezing and donor egg programs. The clinical team includes physicians specializing in reproductive endocrinology, embryologists, clinical nurse specialists, andrologists, psychologists, a holistic nurse practitioner offering wellness therapies and professional support personnel. The patients’ clinical and laboratory services are performed at the Center’s state-of-the-art facility at 660 1st Ave. in Manhattan. Gynecologic surgeries are performed at New York University Medical Center facilities, and when required, referrals are made to clinicians with considerable experience and expertise in dealing with the clinical issues patients face. In addition to superior clinical care, the program staff assists with administrative issues, including scheduling and billing. When patients have applicable insurance benefits, the Center will provide them with the information needed to access benefits. Education and communication are key components of the program and important factors in the success of a patient’s treatment.
