Learning Tree Tutorial’s educational programs are designed to expand and enforce the learning experience. The center’s main objective is to provide individual attention to all students. Recognizing that every child’s learning process and foundation is unique, the Learning Tree tailors a curriculum to meet each child’s needs. They provide a personalized, stimulating and supportive environment, which encourages students to reach their academic potential. The staff is committed to the success of every student. Experienced tutors work with Learning Disabled students and provide Orton-Gillingham instruction. In addition to individual tutoring, the Learning Tree features many exciting and highly engaging programs and workshops. The Science Club is a hands-on experience where students have the opportunity to create, examine and experiment. The Reading club is a fun way for students to build reading comprehension skills and further develop their writing abilities. The Reading Support group is geared for students who dislike reading. Projects engage students in experiencing reading at an entertaining and practical level. They also offer courses in note-taking and organizational skills. These courses are an excellent vehicle for students to maximize their time in class. Study Skills, SAT and TACHS Test Preparation courses are now running. Registration is now open for academic and educational camp. The center is open seven days a week, and Learning Tree is certified for all Dept. of Education tutoring (P3).
