Fitness is fun! As a complete kids’ fitness center, The Little Gym offers loads of fantastic physical activities for infants to 12-year-olds. Birthday parties here are guaranteed to be a high-impact celebration. Children of all ages and abilities enjoy participating in a variety of fitness fun and games. There’s even an obstacle course! The Little Gym offers Gymnastics, Karate, General Fitness and Sports Development Parties where children learn, practice and play a favorite sport. Basketball, football, baseball or soccer—little athletes take their pick. All activities are non-competitive and foster self-esteem and confidence. Everyone is a winner! As an added attraction, children hang on for the time of their lives on a cable ride that takes them flying from one end of the gym to the other. All activities are closely supervised by trained instructors who put safety first. The hour and a half parties include an hour of activity followed by a half hour of celebrating in a decorated party room. There is only one party held at a time so the birthday child always feels special. The Little Gym does everything from sending out invitations and supplying paper goods & balloons to adding snacks, pizza, juice and dessert to the festivities!
